FreeThought for unlawful,
harmful, abusive, deceptive,
or exploitative purposes.

Availability

Access to the
website, apps, links
may be interrupted,
changed, or unavailable.
We are NOT responsible
for events which are
outside our control.

Updates

FreeThought
may change,
improve, remove,
or add apps, coaches,
pages, features, or
materials over time.

Use of ChatGPT

FreeThought works with
your own ChatGPT access.

FreeThought is built using ChatGPT GPTs.
It therefore needs an appropriate ChatGPT subscription.

We strongly suggest that you are happy with the way
FreeThought works by using the Six Hats example before buying.

Your use of ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI’s own terms,
policies, privacy practices, availability, and technical limitations.

FreeThought does not control the ChatGPT platform, its performance,
its availability, its model behaviour, or any changes made by OpenAI.

Membership

Simple annual membership.

FreeThought membership provides access
to the current member apps, coaching apps,
future releases, as described on the website.

Payment terms

Payment and renewals.

Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy,
which is a Stripe company and a reputable provider.

Before payment is taken, the checkout process should clearly
show the price, billing period, and any relevant payment terms.

We want you to be happy,
so we strongly recommend trying the
free Six Hats example before joining.

And we give you 48-hours trial membership.
In which you can check everything is working.

Privacy

Personal information.

FreeThought aims to collect only the information
reasonably needed to provide the website, membership,
communication, coaching, consulting, or related services.

This may include information you choose to provide, such as
your name, email address, enquiry details, and membership information.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless
it is necessary for an enquiry and you are comfortable sharing it.

AI inputs and confidentiality

Use care with what you enter.

When you use ChatGPT or any FreeThought GPT,
the information you enter may be processed by
ChatGPT or another third-party service according to
that service’s own settings, terms, and privacy practices.

Best practice is to turn off
all data sharing where possible.

It is also good practice to use a find/replace
tool to anonymise important data where appropriate.

Avoid entering confidential, commercially sensitive, personal,
medical, legal, financial, or highly sensitive information unless
you understand how the relevant service handles that information.

Coaching & consulting

Separate professional services.

Coaching, consulting, workshops, and corporate engagements are separate
from the standard FreeThought membership unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Custom Work

engagements,
preparation, travel,
licensing, and

Currently, the website
uses StatCounter analytics.

Analytics data is intended to be aggregated
and not used to identify individual visitors.

The website may use basic analytics, hosting logs, or similar tools
to understand website use, improve service, prevent abuse, or maintain security.

Changes

This page may be updated.

FreeThought may update these terms and privacy notes as the
website, membership model, payment system, apps, or services develop.
